- Leadership potential.
- Applicants Must be between the ages of 18 years to 25 years for Undergraduate/master and diploma programs.
- This does not apply to the residents of Brunei Darussalam residents.

- Ph.D. programs require a second-class upper honors bachelor’s degree, A master’s degree with a publication record, and a final report.
